Vahanse is a network of independent professionals who specialize in various fields such as Legal, RTO, Certifications and other services rendered by professionals independently. Vahanse is not a law firm, nor does it provide any legal services, legal advice, or "Lawyer referral services". No member firm has any authority to obligate or bind Vahanse or any other member firm vis-à-vis third parties, nor does Vahanse have any such authority to obligate or bind any member firm.
Vahanse operates a network of professionals — queries are assigned to relevant independent professionals. Vahanse is responsible to collect payment from customers as per the agreed milestone with the professionals; Vahanse will pay the professionals; henceforth, Vahanse acts as a mediator. Orders given by clients shall be delivered by professionals. Vahanse is a technology company and aggregator and has a team of experts who provide advisory information; however, Vahanse does not itself fulfil the client’s professional requirements — it matches clients with suitable independent consultants.
We are a platform that connects clients with independent professionals who, upon successful payment as per agreed terms, will provide advisory assistance. It must be understood that Vahanse only facilitates introductions between clients and independent professionals. Any contractual arrangements, deliverables, fees, and service-level commitments are strictly between the client and the engaged professional — Vahanse has no role in the subsequent performance of such services beyond facilitation.
Use of Vahanse advisory services does not create a lawyer-client relationship or any other professional fiduciary relationship between the client and any professional introduced via the platform. Electronic communications to Vahanse alone do not establish any such relationship.
Vahanse finds the best-suited independent professional for a user's needs but does not favour any user or professional. Vahanse does not advertise or promote any independent professional over others.
Vahanse maintains client confidentiality from consultants until the client communicates with the consultant directly. Independent consultants cannot view private client data unless the client consents and communicates directly with the consultant.
Vahanse provides general advisory information to help clients proceed; this should not be construed as legal advice. Information on our website (including blogs) is for general information only and may not be suitable for specific local laws or circumstances.
